SIRAJGANJ: A man and his grandson were killed in a road accident in Beltola Bazar area on Hatikumrul-Bogra road under Salanga Upazila of the district on Friday morning.

However, details of the deceased could not be known immediately.  

Confirming the matter Hatikumrul Highway Thana Officer-in-Charge DM Imdadul Haque told banglanews, “A truck ran over the victims while crossing the road in the area around 11:00am, leaving them dead on the spot.”

Later, police recovered the bodies and seized the truck, he added.
