THAKURGAON: Border Security Force (BSF) members detained a Bangladeshi cattle trader from Dharmagar frontier in Ranisankoil upazila of the district on Tuesday.

The detainee is Abdur Rahim, 21, son of Nurul Haq of Maradhar village of Haripur upazila.

Confirming the matter about detention, Company commander Shajahan Ali of Thajurgaon-30 BGB said that they conveyed a letter for flag meeting for returning Rahim.

BSF informed that they will sit in the meeting at 5:00pm.
