DHAKA: A clash between Bihari and local people locked into a clash in Bihari Canp area near Section-11 Bus Stand at Mirpur in the city on Tuesday noon.

Witnesses said the Bihari people locked into an altercation with the local people over a trivial matter while they were coming from a pre-scheduled meeting at Mohammadpur that left clash around 2:15pm.

On information, additional police were deployed in the area and later police brought the situation under control.
