RAJBARI: Two motorcyclists were killed and another person was injured in a road accident at Kalukhali upazila of the district here on Friday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Abul Kalam, son of a Keyamuddin, and Tayeb Ali, son of Rajab Ali of Arkandi village of the upazila.

Witness said that the motorbike crashed into a roadside tree as the biker lost control over the bike on Sonapur-Boalia road, leaving them dead on the spot around 4:00pm.

Injured Mamtaz Begum, mother of deceased Tayeb Ali was admitted to Faridpur Medical College Hospital.

Kalukhali Thana Officer-in-Charge Abdul Aziz confirmed the matter to banglanews.
