SHAHBAGH: Dr Imran H Sarkar, conveyer of Gonojagoron Moncho, said delaying the verdict of Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Motiur Rahman Nizami due to illness is a conspiracy.

Imran made this remark in a reaction of the decision to postpone Nizami’s verdict.

He said leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami always react before verdict. But this time the situation was different that generated suspicion. At last it proved that the doubt was true.

“It is conspiracy and plan that should be abrogated. We found some hope for today’s verdict, but we became disappointed after the decision of its postponement”, he added.

Earlier in the morning, the activists of Gonojagoron Moncho gathered in Shahbagh to press home their demand of maximum punishment of Nizami.
