Bangladeshi stabbed dead in Mecca

RIYADH: A Bangladeshi expatriate was stabbed to death by an Egyptian in Al Misfalah area of Mecca in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday night. 

The victim is Azam, 40, hailed from Mirsarai of Chittagong.

Sources said the Egyptian national locked into brawl with Azam around 9:30pm at Dahla road of the area and stabbed Azam. 

He was rushed to nearest hospital where on duty doctor declared him dead. 

Jeddah consulate counselor (labour) Mokammel Hossain said they were informed the matter and sent representatives to the spot.
