DHAKA: The government has decided to increase BCS cadre posts for housing and public works ministry by changing current structure for its work force.

Regarding the matter, Public administration ministry has sent their recommendation to Public Service Commission.

Earlier, housing and public works ministry sent a proposal to public administration ministry to increase posts. Later on Thursday, public administration ministry sent it to PSC.

Public administration ministry said, public works ministry has recommended increasing their posts from 577 to 825.

The recommendation was sent after a long time by changing current structure of the ministry’s work force.

Public administration deputy-secretary Habib Mohammad Halimuzzaman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
