THAKURGAON: Border Security Force (BSF) of India returned teen age boy after two hour of abduction from Dabri frontier under Haripur Upazila of the district on Monday.

The victim is- Wasim, 12, son of Altaf Hossain, hailed from Monnatuli Geruadangi village of Haripur Upazila.

Local sources said that the victim along with three others was working in a field in the area around 11:00am. Then crossing border, BSF-121 battalion personnel chased them and abducted Wasim.

Later, BSF released the boy at 1:30pm after two hours with the steps taken by Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB).

BGB Intelligence Officer Major Tauhid confirmed the matter to banglanews.
