Nur Hossain ‘fled India for life’

KOLKATA: The prime accused of Narayanganj’s gruesome 7-murder case Nur Hossain revealed the reasons behind his arrival in India.

He said that his life was jeopardized in Bangladesh so that he fled to India.

He made the disclosure to the journalists while he was produced before the Barasat Court in Indian state of West Bengal on Monday.

He also said that he will seek the legal aid there if any of his relatives comes from Bangladesh.

He also denied the allegations brought against him and said that the court should investigate the bank accounts and assets of mine before placing the charge-sheet.

He was appeared before the court amid tight security around 2:00pm (Bangladesh time).
