BARISAL: Two workers killed as construction materials fell upon them in Durgapur area under Mehendiganj upazila of the district on Wednesday morning.
The deceased were identified as Jalil, 40, and Jahangir, 35.
Officer-in-Charge of Mehendiganj Thana said the duo was critically injured while they were working in a septic tank.
They were rushed to Upazila Health Complex where doctors declared them dead, he added.
