DHAKA: Custom’s Detective Department recovered one kilogram and 200 grams gold from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in city.

No one was held in this connection.

The gold was recovered from the toilet of boarding bridge at around 11:00 on Thursday night.

The department’s director general Moinul Haque told banglanews that eight gold bars and some pieces of ornaments were recovered from a plane of flight SQ-446.

The recovered gold and ornaments worth Taka around 70 lakh, he added.
