NATORE: Two people were killed and four others injured in a road accident in Harishpur Bypass area under Sadar upazila of the district on Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Rafiqul Islam, 45 and Ali, 48.

Witnesses said a rashly driven lorry and an easy bike collided head-on in the area around 2:00pm, leaving two passengers of the easy bike dead on the spot and four others injured critically.

The injured were rushed to Natore Sadar Hospital.

Sub-Inspector of Natore Sadar Thana AFM Asadujjaman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
