DHAKA: Customs intelligence officials seized two-kilogram gold and held three men in this connection at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Wednesday morning.                 

The arrestees are MA Rashed, Moniruzzaman Monir and Nazrul Islam.

Sources said that customs authority seized the gold from the three passengers from the aircraft coming from Malaysia (BG-087) landed at airport around 7:45am.

Armed Police Battalion (APBn) Senior ASP Alamgir Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
