Narayanganj: At least seven people, including three members of a family, were injured in an explosion at a pharmacy in Fatullah of Narayanganj on Monday.

Of the injured, four were identified as Selina Aktar, 38, Onik 15, Popi, 17 and a passerby, 45. 

Victim’s family member Abdullah Al Mamun told banglanews, “An explosion took place at Riyad pharmacy and then shutter of the pharmacy fly away and fall on the house about 50 hands, leaving seven people burn injured.”

Later, critically injured five people have been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
