BOGRA: Law enforcers held three men with 10 lakh pieces cattle fattening tablets here on Tuesday.
The detainees are Golam Mawla, son of a late Amjad Hossain, Ainul, son of Akbar Ali and Rony, son of Jahar Ali, hailed from Gaibandha district.
Sources told banglanews that they were detained from Bimanmor of city’s Matidali area in the morning.
Police, however, also seized 130 pieces Indian Sharees and a truck from their possession.
District police media cell In-Charge and Bogra additional police super Gaziur Rahman said they sized those prohibited to import worth above Tk 1100,000, after searching a truck, acting on a tip off.
A case was filed in this connection.
