The justices would be selected through a committee consists of skilled and qualitative justice led by Chief Justice, said the recommendation report.

According to the report, the eligible age to be appointed as justice would be 50 years and retirement age would be 75 years.

The law commission thought that if the draft would be finalized the justice would be able to work long time with efficiency.

Analyzing the statistics of last 14 years, the amount of cases was not reduced though more justice had been appointed.

Reducing the amount of cases, experienced justices have to be appointed.

On May 16, 2004, the retirement age was increased from 65 to 67 through 14th amendment to the constitution.
