DHAKA: Two persons have died in separate incidents in city’s Indira Road and Narinda areas early Friday.

The deceased were identified as Kamal Haolader, 20, a helper of a human hauler and Tumpa Rani, 20, wife of Rajan Das, hailed from Gazipur.

In Indira Road, Kamal sustained injuries after falling from a terrace of a building of the area around 3:00am.

Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where on duty doctor declared him dead.

Sub-Inspector of Sher-e-Bangla Thana Hridoy Kumar confirmed the matter to banglanews.

On the other hand, Tumpa Rani, a housewife, allegedly committed suicide at their rented house at Narinda around 5:00am over family feud.

She was rushed to DMCH where on duty doctors declared her dead.

Confirming the matter to banglanews, In-Charge of DMCH Police Camp Mojammel Haque said that the husband of the victim was held in this connection.
