DHAKA: Two persons died in separate incidents in city’s Mohammadpur and Motijheel areas on Friday.
One of the deceased was identified as Milon, 18.
Motijheel Thana Sub-Inspector Jakaria Mustafa told banglanews that a passenger bus knocked an unnamed rickshaw in Motijheel BTRC bus counter area around 1:30PM, leaving the rickshaw driver critically injured.
Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctor declared him dead around 2:00pm.
On the other hand, a youth named Milon committed suicide drinking poison in Mohammadpur area.
DMCH police outpost In-Charge Mozammel Haque confirmed the matter to banglanews.
