Fire at a city building

DHAKA: A fire broke out at a five-storey building in city’s Chawk Bazar area on Saturday afternoon.

On information, four firefighting units rushed in and doused the fire.

The reasons behind the fire could not be known immediately. Fire fighters are yet to assess the extent of the losses.

Sub-Inspector of Chawk Bazar Thana M Mahmudur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.
