Fire at Krishi Bank Bhaban in city

DHAKA: A fire broke out at Krishi Bank Bhaban in city’s Madartek-Nandipara area on Saturday night.

On information, two fire fighting units rushed to the spot to douse the blaze.

Sources said the fire originated at the stairs of the building.

The reasons behind the fire could not be known immediately. Fire fighters are yet to assess the extent of the losses.

None was reportedly injured in the incident.

Operator of the Fire Service Headquarters Babul Mia confirmed the matter to banglanews.
