JAMALPUR: Two minors were killed and another was injured as a wall collapsed in Mukundabari area of the municipality on Monday.

The deceased were identified Hira, 8, son of Kentu Sheikh and Yasin, 7.

Locals said that three children were playing beside a wall of a house in the noon. At one stage, the wall collapsed, leaving them injured critically.

Fatally Hira succumbed to his injury on way to hospital.

The other injured were admitted to Jamalpur Sadar Hospital and then shifted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital where Yasin died around 6:30pm.

Officer-in-Charge of Jamalpur Thana Mojibor Rahman Majumder confirmed the matter to banglanews.
