DHAKA: A report has been submitted to Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) seeking exemption of Aslamul Haque, MP from Dhaka-14, from the corruption charges of possessing illegal assets.

Sources said ACC deputy director and also investigation officer Mezbah Uddin submitted the report to the anti-graft body, said competent source from the ACC on Thursday.

The investigation is still under process and the commission has not taken any decision yet.
