CHITTAGONG: Customs officials have recovered 240 gold bars worth Tk 12 crore from a flight of Regent Airways at Shah Amanat International Airport in the port city.
The flight landed at the airport from Bangkok around 6:00pm on Thursday.
Sources said they recovered the gold bars weighing 28-kg from the toilet of the plane around 6:30pm.
None was detained in this connection.
