FROM NEW DELHI: Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali categorically said that unresolved issues between the two countries, including Teesta Water Sharing Agreement, have been discussed.

“The discussion was very positive and both the parties have assured each other to solve unresolved issues of the past,” claimed the minister.

The minister came up with the disclosure after meeting with Uma Bharti, Minister for Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation in Union Government of India at New Delhi on Friday noon.

AH Mahmood Ali said that not only Teesta but also other unresolved bilateral interest issues were discussed in the meeting.

He also said that the relation between the two countries will increase more which was buildup during liberation war.
