MUNSHIGANJ: A fire broke out at Bashundhara Paper Mills in Gazaria area of the district on Sunday morning.

On information, the fire fighting units from Daudkandi and Sonargaon Fire Service rushed in and doused the blaze around 1:00am.

Local sources said the fire originated around 9:00am.

Later, Daudkandi and Sonargaon Fire Service men rushed to the spot and doused the blaze around 1:00am.

Gazaria Thana Sub-Inspector Ataur Hossain said the fire might be originated from short-circuit.
