DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep shock at the demise of Ishaq Hossain Talukder, Member of Parliament (MP) of Sirajganj-3 (Raiganj-Tarash) constituency.
In a condolence message, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that the nation lost an unselfish, patriotic political leader and Awami League lost a trusted member.
In the press release the Primer also said that the people of Sirajganj would remember his lifelong contribution.
Meanwhile, the premier conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Earlier on Monday evening, Ishaq Talukdar died of a cardiac arrest.
