DHAKA: The Civil Aviation Authority said the first hajj return-flight of the 2nd day will be delayed for two hours as the pilgrims could not reach Saudi Arab airport in time.
The flight, carrying 419 passengers from Saudi Arabia, will arrive around 2:00pm which is scheduled to land at Shahjalal International Airport at 12:00pm.
Station manager Subhash Chandra Das of Aviation Authority confirmed the matter to banglanews.
Earlier on Thursday, the first hajj return-flight, carrying 419 hajjis from Jeddah of Saudi Arabia, arrived at the Hazrat Shajalal International Airport in the city after a 4-hour delay.
