The flight BG-084, with 140 passengers, was scheduled to leave the airport at 8:00am. Surprisingly, some three and half hours after, at 11:30am, Biman authorities announced the delay and the new departure time.
Biman’s station manager Suvash Chandra Das told banglanews that the flight was delayed due to technical fault and the passengers would fly to Singapore by an aircraft at 8:00pm.
Meanwhile, the passengers expressed grievances over the authorities’ behaviors and the flight delay.

If the passengers were told earlier they would not suffer the miseries, the man added.
Another passenger Selim said that he reached at the airport at 4:00am to leave for Singapore and after waiting long he came to know that the flight would be delayed for 12 hours.
Now, his family is worried due to the delay, Selim added.
