DHAKA: Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan police (DMP) in a separate drives detained seven people with huge arms and ammunitions from various spots of the city on Saturday night. 

The identity of the detainees could not be known immediately. 

Sources said that the law enforcers seized seven foreign made fire arms, 31 round bullets and a dagger. 

Confirming the matter Additional Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Media Centre Saidur Rahman told banglanews that details will be disclosed in a press conference at DMP media centre.
