DHAKA: Renowned journalist Al-Amin passed away on Monday morning. He was 46.

He breathed his last breath around 5:00am in city’s Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Institute due cardiac arrest.

Family sources said that on Wednesday, he felt severe pain at his chest and ignored it. Then, on Thursday again he felt pain and went to hospital.

Later, after a surgery he was kept at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) where he died on Monday morning.

Journalist Al-Amin served as editor of ‘The Report’ planning editor of Prime News, Joint News Editor of Daily Sun.
