2 men found dead in Savar-Ashulia

SAVAR, DHAKA: Police on Wednesday recovered two bodies from Savar and Ashulia, on outskirts of the capital.

The deceased were identified as Shahidul Islam, son of Shamchul Islam, resided in Ashulia’s Bhadail and Manirul Islam, 27, son of Abul Kashem, hailed from Mahendrapur village of Kushtia’s Kumarkhali.

Sources told banglanews that Shahidul, manager of Khan Rent-A-Car of Savar Munsur Market, was found dead at his office.

Savar Thana Officer-in-Charge Mostafa Kamal said that locals informed him in the morning that bad smell is spreading from that office.

“Later, police found the Manager of the company dead there,” he added.

However, his body has been sent to the morgue for autopsy.

On the other hand, Manirul, a worker of a local garment industry, Skyline, was found dead at Dendabar Uttar Para of Ashulia.

Ashulia Thana Officer-in-Charge Azaharul Islam, confirming the death news, said that police is investigating the matter.
