DHAKA: Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) conducted drives against unapproved bottled water in Agricultural Development Corporation’s Irrigation Bhaban area in city on Tuesday.

The drive, led by BSTI executive magistrate Tarique Hasan, was started around 10:00am in the area.

BSTI assistant director Rezaul Karim told banglanews that the drives will be continued against the shop-owners who sell unapproved bottled water.

Meanwhile, hundreds of water bottles were seen destroyed on roads.
