SIRAJGANJ: Hearing on remand plea of JMB chief coordinator Abdun Nur and his four cohorts will be held on November 6.
Sirajganj Senior Judicial Magistrate Kohinur Arjuman passed the order on Saturday afternoon.
Sources said JMB chief coordinator Abdun Nur, 31, JMB leader Abul Kalam Azad, 27, JMB members Nuruzzaman Arif, 20, Nur Islam Sagor, 18, and Faruk Ahmed, 32 were produced before the court at 4:00pm with 5-day remand plea.
Later, the court fixed November 6 as date for the hearing. The court also ordered to send the JMB men to the jail.
Investigation officer of the case and also Sirajganj Government Railway Police (GRP) Sub-Inspector Haider Ali confirmed the matter to banglanews.
However, a case was filed with Sirajganj Railway Thana against JMB chief coordinator and his four aides early Saturday.
Earlier on Friday, a patrol team of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-12 arrested JMB chief coordinator Abdun Nur along with four cohorts from Sirajganj Sadar Shaheed M Mansur Ali Railway Station with arms and explosives.
