DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to meet President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on Wednesday evening.

President's press secretary Ihsanul Karim said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will make a courtesy call on the President at 6:00pm.

The premier may brief the president about her recent foreign visits, he added.

Sheikh Hasina recently toured Italy during the 10th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM). After that, she visited the United Arab Emirates.

The President is scheduled to visit China on Thursday. They might have a discussion in this issue.

Besides, they might talk on the trial of the wartime criminals and the recent developments in the country’s political scenario.
