DHAKA: Customs intelligence officials recovered 15kg gold from a toilet of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in city early Saturday.

Sources said the recovered gold includes 12kg bars as well as 3kg chains, worth about Tk7.5 crore.

Assistant director of the customs intelligence department Sikdar Mujibor Rahman said the gold was seized from a ladies toilet at the immigration arena around 2:00am.
