KUSHTIA: A mobile court on Sunday awarded 2-year imprisonment to four teachers for their involvement in leaking question paper for Junior School Certificate (JSC) at Shomspur High School at Khoksa upazila of the district.

The court also fined them Tk 5,000 each. In default, they have to serve 15 days more imprisonment.

The accused are Afil Uddin, Deb Kumar Ghosal and Sarwar Hossain, teachers of Shomspur High School and Bishawnath Ghose of Ambaria High School.

However, the trial was held in Khoksa Upazila Nirbahi Office (UNO) at noon.

The UNO Rebeka Khan told to banglanews that police detained the accused teachers when they brought the math question paper of JSC examinations out of the centre.
