Dhaka: A program of India-Bangladesh High Commissioners’ Summit being organized by University of Dhaka and the India-Bangladesh Foundation.

The program will be held on Friday (November 14) at Senate Bhaban of DU.
 
The event will bring together former High Commissioners of Bangladesh and India who will share their mutual experiences and deliberate on the current state of India-Bangladesh relations.

 Six former High Commissioners of India (who have previously served in Dhaka) are expected to participate in this Summit.

They are Amb. Muchkund Dubey (Oct. 1979- October 1982); Amb. I S Chadha (October 1985- February 1989); Amb. Deb Mukharji (March 1995-July 2000); Amb. Veena Sikri (December 2003-November 2006); Amb. Pinak Ranjan Chakravarty (January 2007-December 2009); Amb Rajeet Mitter (December 2009-October 2011).
