DHAKA: The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court on Tuesday published the full judgement of cancellation of Quader Mollah’s review petition.

The five-member bench of the SC led by Justice M Mozammel Hossain published the full verdict in the noon.

The other judges of the bench are, Justice SK Sinha, Justice Abdul Wahab Mian, Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain and Justice AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury.

Acting registrar of the SC M Quddus Zaman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Former Assistant Secretary of Jamaat-e-Islami Quader Mollah was hanged at 10:01pm on December 12, 2013 night at Dhaka Central Jail after the publication of summary judgement of the cancellation of review petition by the Supreme Court Appellate Division.
