DHAKA: A member of Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI) was killed as a passenger bus knocked his motorbike in Kalshi area of the capital on Tuesday night.

The deceased was identified as Nazmul Islam.

Police sources said that a rashly driven passenger bus crushed into his motorbike in front of Blue Moon Restaurant in the area around 8:20pm, leaving him dead on the spot.

Sub-Inspector of Cantonment Thana Sakhawat Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
