NETROKONA: A female examinee of Primary School Certificate (PSC) examination has been abducted at Madan Upazila in the district on Wednesday.

She is student of Deosahila Government Primary School.

Sources told banglanews that alleged stalker Halud Mia, 27, son of Tulak Miah, resident of Raji village under Itna upazila, kidnapped the girl from Fatehpur center of Primary Terminal Examination.

Halud abducted the girl by an auto-rickshaw from there, sources added.

Fatehpur examination center secretary Shahjahan Mia said that the incident took place around 2:30pm, soon after the Wednesday’s examination.

Madan Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) SM Mafizul Islam said that police is trying to rescue the girl.
