KUNMING, CHINA: The Chinese top officials claim that it is not the United States America; it is China, the largest superpower on the planet. They said that China will be considered as the unbeatable superpower soon.

While talked to the China government officials, the idea becomes clear that the country is walking on the path of ‘non-violence’.

They say that China was always a big power. It is now the largest superpower on the earth. But the country was never expansionist. It has always been maintaining the policy of keeping good relations with others.

‘Hard labor and the proper use of the existing human resource have made China the biggest economy. This trend will continue,’ Chinese leaders hope.

Believe in cooperation, not interference

China government international relations vice president Guo Yezhou told the visiting Bangladeshi journalists that the power of China is proved. It was not America; it was China, the biggest power.

Hinting to the USA, he further said that China does not interfere in other country’s freedom and sovereignty.

Guo believes that China has proved its intelligence. The country follows the policy of keeping good relations with other nations and establishing an environment of business and mutual cooperation.

He also narrates the ability and policies of the country to the foreign media.

According to Guo, when we extend the hands of cooperation we not only see our interest. We also consider the interest of the counterparts aiming to make the mutual relations stronger, visionary and respectful.

Human resource development and poverty eradication

Upholding the inner-spirit of the Chinese power, International Poverty Reduction Center in China (IPRCC) deputy director professor Huang Chengwei told banglanews in Beijing that China is the worlds’ most populous country.

Sometimes the huge number of population was considered as problems. Now, the people have become human-resources by increasing their abilities.

According to him, China has fought to reduce poverty by its hard labor and proper policies. Eliminating the problems, China has become the top economic power.

Like some of the powerful nations, we do not look at the resources of other countries. We earn by hard labor. We have walked on the path of being the best of the world.

Caring to the neighbors

China is caring to keep relations with its neighboring countries including Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, Pakistan, Viet Nam and Laos.

The country is cordial in creating grounds of business with its neighbors. It wants to strengthen cooperation with them in the field of technology and skilled manpower.

Hu Hao Institute of Research and National Development (NDRC) top official Hu expressed the above mentioned views while talking to banglanews.

China strengthens underprivileged

China officials think that the government is more concerned than the governments of many other countries on the issues of underprivileged people.

According to them, state should take the responsibilities of the underprivileged people. It should help them make skilled. Works should be done in a way that people will not be considered as burden to the state rather they will be resourceful.

People should not consider themselves dependent on others.

The authorities concerned further think that the government and privileged people bear the expenditures of the development programs. People gradually become dutiful as well as respectful to the sate.

China interested on Bangladesh affairs

The important officials showed their interest to work closely for the economic development of Bangladesh.

They also found similarities with many of the issues existing in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is trying to stand as a solvent country, they added. In the issue of population, the country is also facing many challenges. China wants to work together with Bangladesh government in turning the surplus population to a resource.

Especially, China is also interested to increase the number of projects in Bangladesh regarding economic development.

Opportunities have been created to establish close relations in the sectors of communication, business and commerce and science and technology, says Professor Yang Siling of Institute of South Asia Studies Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences (ISAS).

ISAS assistant director Professor Siling tells bangalnews that Bangladesh is being powerful day by day. it is a good sign. We are working with some of Bangladeshi people.

If people work according to their plans, Bangladesh will step forward, he comments.
