DHAKA: Detective Branch (DB) of police has produced Daud Merchant, an aide of India’s top terrorist Dawood Ibrahim, before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court Wednesday noon.
Moreover, the DB police filed a seven-day remand plea for interrogation.
Daud was produced before the court after being shown arrested under the section no. 54 of the code of criminal procedure.
The court of Metropolitan Magistrate Mohammad Nuru Mia will conduct the remand hearing in afternoon.
