NARAYANGANJ: A Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel gave confessional statement before the court over sensational Narayanganj 7-murder case.

Former assistant sub-inspector Bazlur Rahman of RAB-11 gave the statement to the court of Narayanganj senior Judicial Magistrate HM Shafiqul Islam on Thursday.

Addition Public Prosecutor (PP) Fazlur Rahman said Bazlur Rahman confessed his guilt and described the full incident.

The RAB man gave the statement in two separate cases filed by victims Narayanganj City Corporation Councilor Nazrul Islam’s wife Selina Islam Beauty and Advocate Chandan Sarkar’s son-in-law Bijay Kumar Paul.
 
On April 30, Narayanganj City Corporation Councilor Nazrul Islam, senior lawyer Chandan Kumar Sarkar and five others were found dead floating on River Shitalkkhya after 3-day of their abduction on April 27.
