DHAKA: Police arrested a listed criminal and his three associates in East Shewrapara area of the city on Thursday night.

The listed criminal is Shooter Billal while identity of the 3 cohorts could not been known.

Kafrul Thana Officer-In-Charge (OC) Abdul Kaium confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The OC said, tipped off, police nabbed the criminals while they gathered in front of the Hotel Iqra in the area around 8:30pm.

Police also recovered a foreign-made pistol, two magazines and12 rounds of bullets from their possession.

Billal is accused in 18 different cases and one of top terrorists in the city, added the OC.
