RAJBARI:  Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has arrived in Baliakandi of the district to visit the winter exercise of Bangladesh Army there.

A helicopter, carrying the PM, landed on a helipad beside river Garai in Sonakanda area of the upazila at 11:48am.

The premier is scheduled to visit the training session and attend several programs as chief guest from 12:00pm to 2:45pm.

She is set to fly from Rajbari to Dhaka by helicopter at 3:30am.

However, Army’s 55 Infantry Division arranged the winter exercise.
