NARSHINGDI: Three people were killed and four others injured in Chaitabo area under Sadar upazila of the district on Sunday night.
The deceased were identified as Sattar 50, Yeasin 55 and Morol Mia 37.
Police sources said that a vegetable laden truck turned turtle as its driver lost his control over steering in the area around 7:40pm, leaving three people dead on the spot and four others injured critically.
The injured were rushed to local clinics.
Sadar Thana Officer-in-Charge KM Abul Kashem confirmed the matter to banglanews.
