Petrol bomb, cocktail blasted in Nayapaltan

DHAKA: Miscreants threw a petrol bomb and blasted a cocktail in front of Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (ADUST) at city’s Nayapaltan area on Friday.

Witnesses said that some miscreants blasted the bomb and cocktail in the area around 7:15pm creating panic among the pedestrians. However, none was reportedly hurt.

Being informed, police rushed to the spot. But, none was arrested as the miscreants fled the scene immediately after the blast.
