DHAKA: Five leaders of BNP on Tuesday will receive the dead body of Arafat Rahman Koko, younger son of former president Ziaur Rahman and BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.

The BNP chief has given the authority to its vice-chairmen Chowdhury Kamal Ibne Yusuf and Abdullah Al Noman and international affairs secretary Gias Qader Chowdhury and standing committee members Dr Abdul Moin Khan and Nazrul Islam Khan to receive the dead body.

BNP chairperson’s press wing official Shayrul Kabir Khan on Monday confirmed the matter to banglanews.

It is expected that Koko’s dead body will reach Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 11:30am on Tuesday.

However, Arafat Rahman Koko died in a heart attack in Malaysia on January 24.
