BRAHMANBARIA: At least 10 people were injured in a clash between two groups of villagers at Tholiara village under Sadar Upazila of the district early Monday.

During the clash, two houses of the village were also set afire.

Sadar Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Akul Chandra Biswas said on information, police rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control. But he could not inform about causalities in the incident.

He also said that two houses were set ablaze. Later, fire fighters, however, doused the blaze.
