Youth killed in city gunfight

DHAKA: A youth was killed in a gunfight with police at Taltola of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the capital early Sunday.

The deceased was identified as Jasim Uddin, 23, son of Abdur Razzak.

Tejgaon Zone DC Biplob Kumar Sarkar confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Sub-Inspector of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Thana Abdur Rab said the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
